Reservation

Little Hut Homestay only made reservation within 6 months. ( For example:- 1/1/2013 Open booking for 1/1/2013 until 1/6/2013) 

Please email us for room availability and booking. Kindly provide us the following information when making reservation:

Confirmation

By making the booking, you are confirming that all persons named on the booking accept the Terms and that you will inform the other persons named on the booking of the confirmation details and any other appropriate information. By making the booking you also responsible for making all payments due under the booking.

Little Hut Homestay will confirm your booking and issue you with an email for payment detail. Deposit for the booking, which is 50% of the total booking price shall be make within 2 days when making the booking, fail to do so Little Hut Homestay cannot guarantee the booking. Take noted that deposit is not refundable.

Cancellation, amendment and transferring Policy

You may amend or transfer your booking by notifying us at least 7 days prior to your arrival date. Penalty for late cancellation or no-show will result in your deposit being forfeited in full.

In any event, if you fail to amend or transfer your booking within half year in accordance with the cancellation, amendment and transferring policy, your deposit will be forfeited in full.

If, for whatsoever reason, you do not turn up at the accommodation on the arrival date stated on your booking confirmation email without prior warning to Little Hut Homestay “A No Show”, as per our Cancellation, amendment and transferring policy, shall be considered a cancellation.

Any Changes in your reservation regarding numbers of guests or change of hut, a 14 days notice is required and non negotiable.

Check in and check out Time

Check in time is from 2pm and check out by 12pm.

Extra Guest

For the comfort of all our guests during their stay with us, we do strictly enforce the number of occupants per hut as per your reservation. All additional guest above and beyond the actual numbers booked in the reservation will not allowed to stay at our Hut as per our terms and conditions.

Child accommodation

Children age 12 and under stay for free when sharing their parents’ room using the existing bedding (maximum 2 Children).

Extra Bed

One extra bed is applicable for Bizza Hut @ RM50.00nett per night.

Pet Policy

Although we love pets very much, pets are NOT allowed in the guest rooms.

Smoking Policy

All rooms have a strict no-smoking policy.
