爲了提升住宿品質，舒適以及維護寒舍住客的安寧與和諧，本民宿謝絕訪客並採人數總量管制。
請依訂房人數入住。十二嵗以下小孩可免費(只限1-２名小孩, 视房型而定）。
如超過約定人數入住，寒舍有權力拒絕入住並沒收訂金。敬請原諒。
禁止在房內吸煙、喧嘩並禁止攜帶寵物
入夜后10點以後請把聲量調低，小心隔墻有耳 ^^

外出時請隨手関掉電源。請將房門鎖上，貴重物品請自行妥善保管
請愛護民宿内所有的設備，若有損壞或帶走，請照价賠償
請不要在屋内吃山竹，火龙果，榴蓮，芒果或一些氣味較重的水果
不過您可以在屋外吃

冷天最適合烤肉。非常歡迎大家晚上一起在外面，看星星，吹冷風，聊聊天。。我們免費為您提供燒烤場地，不過請大家用完后請稍微清理或把垃圾收拾好以方便其他人及用戶。請自備火炭及燒烤網（我們有提供燒烤叉，如果有需要請向我們索取。用后請自行清理）
ＳＴＥＡＭＢＯＡＴ 吃火鍋
冷天也適合吃火鍋。如果您需要火鍋爐，我們將為您提供。收取費用是馬幣十塊（食物請自備）

ＤＶＤ 影片，撲克牌，象棋等可向我們的索取
爲了其他人也能享有這些娛樂及便利，請大家用完後記得歸還

愛洗澡的朋友。這裡的水供來自于山上的河流。由於天氣冷，入夜后水溫特別底。就算開了熱水器有時還是覺得不夠熱。所以建議大家早點洗澡哦!

For the comfort of all our guests during their stay with us, we do strictly enforce the number of occupants per hut as per your reservation. All additional guest above and beyond the actual numbers booked in the reservation will not allowed to stay at our Hut as per our terms and conditions.

Children age 12 and under stay for free when sharing their parents’ room using the existing bedding (1-2 children only, depends on the room type).
1 extra bed is applicable for Bizza Hut and Hut Sayakie @ RM50.00nett per night.
Although we love pets very much, pets are NOT allowed
in the guest rooms
All rooms have a strict
no-smoking policy
Please keep your volume down after 10 pm
Please remove your outdoor shoes when entering your
hut.
Upon
leaving your hut please switch off the electricity and lock the door.
The
Management will not accept any responsibility and liability for loss or damage
to any personal belongings during your stay.
Please
do take good care of the furnishings and equipment provided for you during your
stay, any damages due to negligence use or loss, will be chargeable.
No
mangosteen, dragon fruit, durian, chempedak,
mangoes, jackfruit or any other strong flavour fruits are
to be consumed inside the hut but you are most welcome to consume them
outside.
Please
be reminded that we are a homestay so do try to treat your accomodation as your
own home.
BBQ sticks are available upon request. Please clean and returned all for the convenience of other guests. ( you may need to bring your own
charcoal and BBQ net )
Steamboat pot will be charged at RM10.00 upon request. (Please prepare you own foods)
Complimentary DVD, playing cards, chess
will be provided upon request.
Please return after use.

provided. Please bring your own .
No housekeeping
service and change of bed linen for short stay.

Please beware that as
our water comes naturally from the highlands therefore the water temperature is
quite low in the evenings and night times
even with the water heater on.
