问：我们是七个好朋友，想定小屋一或四。可不可以让我们睡同一间小屋，我们不介意全部挤在一起。
Q： Our group consist of 7 persons, we would like to book Bizza Hut or Hut Attack. Can let us stay in 1 hut? We don't mind squeezing together.
答：很抱歉，为了维持山居生活体验与舒适。 建议你们定两间小屋来入住，这样也才能体验最舒适的山居生活品质哦！
A： We're sorry, to maintain mountain life experience and comfort, we suggest you to book 2 huts. This way you will be more comfortable and enjoy quality mountain life.
问： 我想加床。
Q： I would like to add an extra bed.
答：小屋的空间有限。 除了小屋一和小屋X能加一床以外。其它的小屋都加不了床。
A： Due to limited space in the hut, only Bizza Hut and Hut Sayakie can add ONE(1) extra bed, other huts do not have extra space.
问： 我们一行人有40人或以上。我要预定寒舍的全部小屋（包栋）。请问能不能安排加人或加床服务？
Q： Our group consists 40 persons or above & would like to book all your huts. Can you please arrange add on extra beds for us?
答： 寒舍目前的10间小屋最多只能接待35 位客人 （包刮小屋一和小屋X加一床）。如果人数超过35 人恐怕您需要另寻其它的住宿。
A： Little Hut only have 10 huts at the moment and can only take a maximum of 35 persons in total.(this includes Bizza Hut and Hut Sayakie with 1 extra bed) For safety and comfort, any additional persons will need to seek alternative accomodation.

Q： Breakfast and dinner included?
答： 没有。小屋内多备有厨房设备。所以需要您自己动手准备哦！
A： Meals are not provided. Most of the huts are self catering with kitchen facilities.
问：入住当天我要吃火锅与BBQ可不可以帮我们预备食物还有用具？
Q： On checking in day, we would like to have steamboat and BBQ, can you help us prepare the food and equipment?
答： 您可以在入住时跟我们租借火锅炉。费用是RM 10。小屋内有提供所需要的用具。我们有提供您免费的烧烤场地还有烧烤叉。其它所需的用具如火炭，烧烤网请自备。由于山区的食材有限。每个人对食物的需求都不同。所以请客人自己准备食材。
A： Steamboat equipment is available on request upon checking in @ a surcharge of RM10. Huts are equipped with the necessary utensils. BBQ site and utensils are provided free of charge. However we do not supply accessories like charcoal, wire mesh etc. Due to limited supply in the mountains and all our guest have different requests, it is therefore advisable for you bring your own supplies.
问： 我住的小屋2没有厨房，但是晚上我想吃火锅。请问可以吗？
Q： My hut 2 (Incredible Hut) has no kitchen but i would like to eat steamboat in the evening, is this possible?
答： 可以的。你只需向我们租借火锅炉。小屋的外面有个小空间让您预备或清洗食材。还有盘碗，用具等。您只需用完以后清洗归位即可。
A： Of course, all you need is to rent the steamboat equipment from us with a surcharge of RM10. Outside the hut there is a space for your preparation with bowls, cutlery etc. Please clean and wash all utensils and area after use.
问： 请问厨房有没有食油，调味料等？
Q： Any cooking oil and seasoning provided?
答： 没有。需自备。
A： No food items will be supplied, please bring your own.
问： 请问在那里可以买到新鲜的食材呢？如蔬菜，海鲜，肉类等。
Q： Where can we purchase fresh food? like vegetables, seafood and meat etc.
答： 山区的食材的确有限。除了这里出产 的高原蔬菜， 其它如海鲜，肉类 (除了鸡肉）只有亚庇市巴刹才能买到。不但新鲜，种类也多。如果不介意冷冻食品。这里可以买到冷冻的鸡翅，牛肉，香肠，鱼丸等。。
A： There is limited supply and choice of food items in the mountains. Local produce like fresh vegetables and chicken are available. Seafood and other meat are only available in KK with abundance choice. Frozen food items like chicken wings, beef, sausages, fish balls etc are available locally.

答: 很抱歉。 我们家只是家小民宿。没有其它酒店所提供的接送服务或旅游配套等。一般客人都是租车自驾。 如果不想开车的话可以也可以考虑用公共交通或包车。需要租车与包车服务可以电邮我们。我们可以给您介绍。
A： Apologies as we are only a small family run business and do not offer transportation as in hotels or tours. Most of our guests hire cars and self drive. Alternative is to use public transport or book a car. If you need to hire/book a car, please email us in advance and we email you our recommendations.

A： The weather in the mountains is unpredictable as we are 1500 meters above sea level. Generally, cool climate where local residents come to get away from the heat. Yearly temperature varies between 13 degrees to 30 degrees. Whatever month you visit will be a totally different experience.
